The Fertile Void Gestalt Coaching at Work - 6 November 2026
An experiential workshop with John Leary-Joyce and Andrew Prior
Join us in person at EDHEC Business School for a practical introduction to Gestalt coaching and its application in leadership, coaching and organisational life.
Gestalt coaching helps people become more aware of what is happening in the present moment, both within themselves and in their relationships with others. By paying attention to patterns, emotions, assumptions and the wider environment, leaders and coaches can respond with greater clarity, choice and impact.
This highly participative workshop will move beyond theory. John Leary-Joyce and Andrew Prior will facilitate a series of practical activities, demonstrations and reflective conversations that allow participants to experience Gestalt coaching in action.
Participants will leave with:
A clear understanding of the principles of Gestalt coaching
Practical approaches that can be applied in coaching and leadership
Greater awareness of relational and organisational dynamics
New ways to work with uncertainty, resistance and emerging possibilities
Skills for creating deeper contact, reflection and meaningful change
Your facilitators
