Gestalt coaching helps people become more aware of what is happening in the present moment, both within themselves and in their relationships with others. John Leary-Joyce is a pioneer in executive coaching and the founder of the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), a thriving international organisation that has trained coaches and leaders around the world. He is the author of Fertile Void: Gestalt Coaching at Work and has played a leading role in developing Gestalt coaching as a professional practice.
Andrew Prior is an executive and team coach, leadership consultant and founder of APRIOR, a consulting company specialising in innovative leadership and the development of impactful organisational cultures. He is an AoEC Global Partner for France, an EDHEC MBA alumnus, a former President of the Theseus MBA Alumni Association and a former EDHEC board member.
Together, John and Andrew will create a supportive and challenging learning environment in which participants can experiment, reflect and discover how Gestalt coaching can strengthen their own leadership and coaching practice.
